About the Apps

Maths Journey and Bible Journey are learning apps created for children and families. They are designed to support calm, self-paced learning and memorisation activities.

Parent and Guardian Responsibility

If a child uses the apps, a parent or guardian is responsible for supervising use where appropriate, reviewing device settings, and contacting us about support or privacy matters when needed.

Licence and Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the apps for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you downloaded them.

You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the apps or app content except where permitted by law or with our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You must not:

• misuse the apps or website
• interfere with normal operation, security, or availability
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law
• use the apps or website to send unlawful, abusive, harmful, or fraudulent material
• use the apps in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others

Accounts, Data, and Local Storage

Our current apps generally do not require a cloud account for core learning features.

App data such as profiles, progress, and session history is primarily stored on the device.

If you enable device backup features, backup copies may be handled by Apple iCloud backup or Android backup and Google restore services under their own terms and policies.

Availability and Updates

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Features may vary by device, operating system, app version, store region, or language.

We may release patches or updates to maintain security, compatibility, or performance.

Intellectual Property

The apps, website content, branding, text, graphics, audio, illustrations, and software are owned by ITBureau Limited or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

All applicable intellectual property rights are reserved.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITBureau Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the apps or website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
