Getting Started
How do I download Maths Journey?
Maths Journey is available on the App Store (iOS/iPadOS) and Google Play (Android). Search for "Maths Journey" and tap Install.
How do I create a child profile?
Open the app, complete the parent setup, then tap "Add Child" from the family screen. You can add multiple profiles for different children in the same household.
Is there a subscription or cost?
Please contact us for pricing information, as the pricing model may vary by store and region.
Using the App
Is the app timed?
No. Maths Journey is designed to be calm and pressure-free. There is no visible countdown timer. Children work at their own pace.
What is a Level Quiz?
A Level Quiz is a short checkpoint that confirms a child is ready to move to the next level. It is untimed and based on mastery, not speed.
How does my child move to the next level?
Progression is based on mastery. The app reviews recent practice accuracy, fluency, and consistency before recommending the next step.
Can I see my child's progress?
Yes. The parent dashboard shows readiness status, session history, and learning signals for each child profile.
Technical Help
The app won't open / keeps crashing
Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem continues, uninstall and reinstall from the App Store or Google Play. Make sure your device is running a supported OS version.
My child's progress has disappeared
Progress is stored locally on the device. If you changed devices or reinstalled the app, profile data may not have transferred. Contact us and we'll help where we can.
The app isn't generating questions correctly
Make sure you're on the latest version of the app. If the issue continues, contact us with the level name and a brief description.
Account and Privacy
What data does the app collect?
Maths Journey collects only what is needed to provide the learning experience — profile names, session data, and progress history. No data is sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete a child profile?
Go to the parent dashboard, select the profile, and choose Delete Profile. This will remove all data for that child from the device.
How do I contact you about a data request?
Email us at support@it-bureau.com and include "Data Request" in the subject line.
